Build a solid foundation within areas such as Art, Design & Cultural Studies, Lighting Design, Design Foundations and Cinematography.

Progress and dive deeper into exciting topics including Digital & Analog techniques, Aesthetics and Ethics and Photography as Narrative.

You'll have the opportunity to do an internship or a semester abroad before writing your bachelor thesis in your final semester.

Meet some of our graduates


Sascha studied Communication & Media Management at UE and is now head of new business at one of the largest software companies in the world.


Lea completed her Bachelor in Film & Motion Design and is now a Digital Creative Art Designer in the field of animation. 


Constantin studied Photography at our Berlin campus. Today he is a freelance bicycle photographer and travels the world.

Our new cooperation.

UE is proud to announce its new partnership with MAGNUM Photos. 

We will offer the first workshops in September 2022, starting with MAGNUM photographers Nanna Heitmann and Yael Martinez. The programme is designed to explore the fundamentals of a photographer‘s work taking on editorial assignments in a fast-paced environment.
